10:10 Campaign Tories Vote Against
Charlie Fraser-Fleming put forward a motion in support of the 10:10 international campaign to cut carbon emmisions by 10% in 2010.
Labour councillors supported the motion but after a long debate the motion was defeted by the Conservative Councillors.
